Got my PS4 coming back today with this, Can't wait to play it again and finally get to play the DLC.

Hmm, i think im screwed...spoiler...
I am on the bit under the hospital in the water just after the giraffe part, and there are a group of bloaters, runners and clickers but ive got no bombs, no molotivs, bugger all health and like 2 bullets and 1 shiv! help???

sneak around the right hand side - then enter the side door, you will need something to kill the infected in that room though to make your way around. If you're slow you can do it with few kills

Amusingly that'll probably make life easier for you. I went in all guns blazing on my Survivor run and spent around 2 hours on that section. Grounded took less than 5 minutes using stealth
Completed Left behind DLC, and while it’s not that long, it does at least fill in some of the back story. Now just working towards the last two MP trophies to get the platinum, but going to take a while 
. I would also recommend that anyone who has completed the game to watch the grounded documentary (1h 25min) on the disk gives a really good insight into the making of the game, but there are spoilers in there if you’ve not finished the game yet.

In all honestly it's an unbelievable game. It's been such a long time since I have enjoyed a game that much.

Completed this on PS3 at release but really tempted to buy it for PS4 to play the DLC and just to play it again because it was so good.
Anyone else done the same? Did you regret it?
I'm doing the same. Still struggling at being stealthy tho! Lol

Bricks and bottles have helped me a lot with stealth not just distractions but taking out enemy's as well to preserve ammo. Have to on survivor mode

I'm following the collectibles guide this time round. I missed a few things on my PS3 play through (mainly pendants hanging off trees and street lights ) and can't be bothered to do it blind again.

Yeah. They are literally next to impossible to spot. 
I found one on my first play through I think. A tree when you're with Tess after the incident at the checkpoint.

missed 1 conversation, 1 firefly pendant and 1 artifact....arghhhhhh... hehe.
Moving on to GROUNDED+ with glitch
For me the conversation I missed was the one with David (body on floor), it originally registered but I think my using "Restart encounter" bugged it and it de-registered. The artifacts I missed were in Ellies backpack, you have to mess around zooming in and flipping them for them to register..
Just finished on survivor.

I haven't been interested in console gaming in a long time other than a bit of Gears but I saw that remastered advert and I need a PS4 to play that on.
I haven't even seen or bothered reading anything on the game but that's the first game in a long while that might bring me back from the PC.
