Unfortunately, I have to disagree. I have had three games going missing and now they have said that they will block my account ongoing for investigation by royal mail. What is laughable is that I drink with my postman and another mate is a postman who works in their union. The postman is 60 odd and doesn't even know what a PS3 game is. I have absolutely no financial issues myself and found the issue very off putting. There is no way to contact shopto, that I have found, just faq pages. I have preordered TLOU from shopto and we shall see how it turns out. However, I have gone from their biggest fan to an absolute critic. You should never blame your customers for your inefficiencies. But, that's my experience, I'm guessing 99% haven't encountered it and to be honest I wish I hadn't.
