The Last Of Us

The whole AI running into the enemies was probably a huge headache for ND. They probably spent hours round tabling it. It doesn't happen too often and when it does, just remember that its still a vidja gaem.

Finally got past the demo part in the game and its starting to pick up. Brilliant game. Game of the year contender. Had to put it back to down medium as hard was getting tedious.

This, Bioshock and GTA5 will be up there... and maybe the new Batman.

I've had some great fun in MP when playing with a proper team. We would bait enemies then pow! sneak attack. :cool:

I kinda wish I watched the walking dead and played through the telltell game. I feel this would enhance my enjoyment of this game.
 
52% in now. Have put it down for tonight, The pace seems to have slowed or I'm just taking my time with everything. Which I'm happy about as I want my money's worth lol.

Best game I've played since Uncharted 2, Funnily enough. :)
 
I'm really enjoying it, I have hardly fired my pistol, I have a tonne of ammo now. I take my time and explore every corner looking for ammo.

Off on hols for a week tomorrow so gutted I am not going to be playing :mad:
 
Only place I'd personally pre order with is shopto, got so many games a day early from them, never late. I take it you orded the special edition from Tesco?

The guy who ordered their special editions from Tesco and Shopto all have theirs. Me? I ordered the standard edition from Amazon and stupidly assumed that they would have delivered it to me by release date with the free delivery. I got excited when they dispatched it on Thursday but it still isn't here. That's what I get for cheaping out on the delivery. :p
 
Nightmare, I just walked into my local Game got them to price match ni no kuni at £24 trade in and off I went. If it's any help, it's worth the wait.

But both are actually lol. NNK is great :) and seems to be fairly rare if trade in prices are to be belived. :)

I liked Heavy Rain, but the storyline and characters really didn't do much for me. The dialogue was pretty bad at times, and the 'emotional' moments lacked a lot of subtlety. Naughty Dog have become very good at making you care for the characters, something a lot of other developers are still struggling with.
 
Really enjoying the story and characters. The combat is pretty dire though, and as others have mentioned, the AI in places is so bad it breaks you from the game altogether.

Think i'm about half way through. Very good game just not up to hype machine that was in full flow imo. Think another day or 2 and ill have it finished. Then ill stick it for sale as no interested in multiplayer.
