Haven't had any issues with overheating or long loading times, this is on a 160GB slim. Oh and sorry ps3ud0.

Mines the same model ive only used it for netflix this is the first game ive properly played on it.

I have to turn it off for 10 mins as i can feel the heat being generated though it only started late on in the game.

What's the airflow like around it? Mine is in a cabinet with a glass door, I just open the door otherwise you could fry an egg on top.

Just finished on normal in two sittings. Took about 15 hours I think. I think it was brilliant even better than uncharted 2 and 3.

I normally place it on a coffee table in front of the tv or on the floor I've had it stood up laid flat only thing i haven't tried is inviting it up to my bedroom for a coffee.

Just so I know, does the percentage complete just mean the storyline, or is it taking into account collectables etc as well? I'm on 67%.

Nice! I'm 50% complete apparently, I decided to play it through firstly on all of the default settings and difficulty, on my second play I'll either go through on hard or survivor, not sure yet. Just coming up to the part where:

Who has the best accuracy so far? I'm on 85% which seems quite kind as I can remember a lot of wasted shots, though I've been counting wasted shots as anything which isn't a one hit kill. I get annoyed when I don't manage to one-hit an enemy with the shotgun, seems like a huge waste of shells!

Yeah, unlike any other game I have ever played ammo conservation is of the upmost importance. Like you I got really annoyed if I didn't either hit the target or just wasted them by going for headshots. Restarted many a time because of not getting 100% accuracy.

Finished my survival playthrough at silly oclock last night, and in my opinion its almost the perfect difficulty. The rarity of the items to craft and no listen mode make it so tense and you really need to be careful when you engage someone or you'll wind up dead very fast.

Only criticism would be there are a couple of sections in the game that are extremely annoying and difficult E.G

Chapter 9 when you have to survive waves of infected after hunting the deer.

But you eventually get through them with only minimal rage and controller breakage.

According to the stats I actually crafted 13 health packs overall, but it sure as hell didnt feel like that many! You know **** is about to go down when you find half a rag lying around!

Finished the game on Hard Difficulty with no listen mode and only have 1 minor criticism

They just boost up the difficulty for last couple of levels for no real reason, and I hate when games do that!

Other than that, amazing experience! Don't know if I will do game+ though. Excited to jump onto MP later tonight.

Also, one thing I do like about this game is how they haven't tied trophies to each chapter or whatever. I think I've only seen one or two trophy notifications since I started the game, they really spoil immersion sometimes so I'm glad they're few and far between for the most part.

Got this on release day for £31. Tesco £5 off online offer + my club card points.

Absolutely love it so far and it's one of the most engrossing games i've played for a while. Played it on hard and i've loved the stealth mixed with limited ammo gameplay. Pretty much at the very end bit now and not looking forward to the fact that the story wont continue further .

Might aswell ask this, but does anyone know whats in the season pass? Or what the expectation is for future DLC - far more interested in SP than MP stuff...
