There are more ppl around the highier you get up, but still its not as busy as it used to be.

I hope your enjoying that gear i sent you Kieves :)
 
Depends on the server your on, some servers are really dead.

I'm playing on Brandywine which has a pretty good worldwide population ;)

Morley the gear is great thank you now im 22 and can use it:).my armor had hone from 600 to just under 1200 now lol.the weapons are helpful to.i dont suppose you ca craft me a bow by any chance as mine isnt the best and i havent taken the time to learn yet as i messed up the tutorial and my comp crashed lol.

Just a quick question guys ive been questing on the barrows and have a quest to kill some wights in the great barrow but when i go to enter it brings the instance panel ip with a few options.do i have to do the instances 1st as when i started 1 .the quest got removed from my tracker and just left the instance one.

I thought i may have to do some of the epic story and did one in the barrow but made no difference.
So im stuck on that level 24/25 quest trying to get the decent bow that is the treasure.

Great Barrow is a full fellowship dungeon for level 22+ you'll have to gather some friends before going in, either that or get a high level to take you through.

As for the bow, i'll have a look tonight :)
 
Hahah cheers for that.i have no friends so ive wandered to the lone lands to quest there.just got a slightly better bow from my 1st quest in there so i should be alright for a bit i hope.
 
How many classes can i have when i cancel my sub.im just using hunter at the moment but gonna unlock some more before i cancel.
On crafting can you just keep doing the same recipe to level up and then will it unlock the next tier?
I keep getting scrolls but not sure what to do properly.

Righto started playing this a few days ago, pretty good chilled out game, the endless plugging of the LOTRO store is incredibly annoying though.

What's the best way to buy a mount, new bag slot etc. via a one time (real money) payment? Get 1000 turbine points for a tenner or pay one month's subscription or?
 
If you sub for a month should unlock your bags, and will remove the gold cap.

Regarding the mount you can use the 500 TB you get when you pay a months sub to learn the riding skill, all you got to do then is buy horse for 500s i think?

Also subbing for a month will make you a premium player.
 
That sounds like the best option then. Best things to spend the 500 TB on? Apart from the riding skill are there any other 'essentials'?
 
Don't you still get the riding skill later on anyway? Buying it just gets you a mount at an earlier level, unless it's been changed since.
 
You can do it as part of the quest at level 20, or you can buy the skill for 95TB from the store at level 6. Its up to you which you'd rather do!
 
Wghat i did was get to lvl20 and then sub 1 month - that also works out better if you have multiple characters (get them all to lvl20 and then sub this then also unlocks all the trait slots on each character you log in when subbed as well as gold cap etc
 
Anyone still play ? Just been perusing my emails and noticed one from Turbine for > Update 15 < !!

What peaked my interest was mention of a new playable race '' Beorning Class '' ! has anyone rolled one ? might just re-install :)
