I would put out a memo to the whole club saying that RR is currently the manager, may still be the manager come next season and even if he isn't, he will be making the decisions on who is part of the club going forward for the next 3+ years. The sooner these bunch of pricks realise that they don't have all the power the better. Right now I can't think of a single player I would be angry about losing. I am that sick of these overpaid nancies.

Amen to that, they’re making my blood boil.

Is Fez finally ready to admit that man management is actually kind of important ;)

I don't think I have ever suggested that it isn't.... I have repeatedly said that a far larger and harder part of management is coaching and tactics. I repeatedly said that Ole seemed good at keeping the players happy but not at actually getting them to play well. Being chummy and letting players behave like entitled asses also doesn't qualify as fantastic man management. Some might even go as far as to say that Ole has actively contributed to the behaviour and attitude of the current set of players. Or has that all developed over the past month?

Tbh, I’m not even a Man U fan and it’s annoying me.

Playing for Man Utd is one of the ultimate football dreams that millions of kids playing their hearts out around the world go to bed and dream of. One of the biggest honours you can achieve as a footballer, and this lot are just treating that privilege like crap. It’s a total betrayal of the club and should not be tolerated.

Agreed. It's disgraceful.

Murtough is a big fan of Rangnick (and really the reason he's there), which should help.
And rangnick was pretty much highly regarded everywhere?

wonder who’s leaking…love the professionalism. Get them out.

I doubt it will happen, but it would be great if we started throwing some money around and shipping players out who are unhappy right now (or just make them train with the U23's).

We could quite easily remove the likes of Lingard, Martial, Henderson and a few others. Bring through a few younger players who will actually work hard for a start, Savage, Iqbal, Mejbri, etc. Same for some staff, why is Phelan still here? Remove him, borrow some youth team coaches if needed.

Then activate some release clauses, like Amadou Haidara for £30m~ who Rangnick likes, Ruben Neves for £35-40m, Boubacar Kamara, that would immediately improve the midfield situation.

I think Rangnick and Murtough have got to strike quickly here and try and force some sort of mentality change at the club almost overnight. It's a tall order but not impossible.

I genuinely can't see the current squad suddenly putting the work in when the performances have been this bad and there's all this moaning going on. Assuming these leaks are even half right, this is an almost unprecedented situation.

Definitely to this and your other points and I’d add Fletcher to that list, or at least banish him back to being just ‘Technical Director’ (or ‘Technically a Director’ as I like to think of it) and away from playing at being an Assistant Manager.

He's been in the dugout most games shouting at the players from the touchline. Quite unusual for Technical Director, I personally don't think it's ideal...

I think he's supposed to be assisting Murtough (the actual Director of Football).

Precisely that. He’s been on the touch line as much as Rangnick at times since his appointment. It’s mentioned in a few articles (Athletic source, Express, MEN and some random ones) that he seems to be performing two roles since Carrick and now Rangnick.

I can’t recall many Technical Directors being so hands on, and it’s sort of weird as he doesn’t seem qualified for either role, from an outsiders perspective looking in.
