It's not like they haven't made decisions though. They sanctioned more Ajax players, Zirkzee etc. Got rid of the burger lady.
Maz and De Ligt have both been really good, Maz in particular has been an absolute bargain. Zirkzee hasn't been great but I'll give him more time to settle. Funnily enough a few pages ago you posted this:

Do we need to allow the new players to adapt and settle before making major decisions?
So which is it? Are we allowing them time to adapt and settle or not?

Ineos goes beyond the player purchases though.

The rather public managerial review. General poor messaging etc, leaks.

It certainly doesn't feel like the mood/feeling around the club has changed for the better, which you'd hope for. And that does seem to be reflected on the pitch.

Leaks have been massively cut down since the previous regime. I don't know what you mean by poor messaging? I'm pretty sure they've talked to the fans more than the Glazers did in their entire time in charge. Public managerial review? So you're angry that their messaging is poor but also...public? You want them to PM you stuff and not tell anyone else?

Mood doesn't feel bad at all, in fact this is the first poor spell we've been through with a manager where the team still seem to be together and fighting for each other. People are never going to be happy when results aren't coming but there is no sense that people are downing tools.

Not everything needs to be in public does it? Especially when it comes to the manager. You don't think that could have been handled behind closed doors?

I'm also not angry at all, why would I be angry?

It was handled behind closed doors. They said they were doing a review and then said nothing until the review was concluded. If you mean they should have kept the whole thing secret then wouldn't you have been accusing them of poor messaging (which I note you failed to explain)

I thought it was self explanatory that I think telling us that the managerial review was underway is an example of poor messaging. Do you want me to explain why also?

Yes. Would you rather they didn't communicate with fans at all?

Imagine the CEO at your work telling you that they're conducting a review of the senior management? Never mind telling the customers/business partners that! It shows no confidence in them at all, now this is a valid view to hold, just don't share it with the whole world.

Yeah, I'd rather they have said nothing, a bit like they're doing at the moment. Although they have told Simon Stone that ETH needs to win in order to stay.

They also could have cut club staff numbers without announcing it, I know you have to if you get rid of a certain number of staff but there are other ways to achieve the same goal without making it public.

I don't think they've done anything particularly bad so far. Aside from fumbling the manager situation - standard business practice doesn't apply in this situation IMO, you can't publicly undermine a football manager given the volatile nature of the work.

Although from my personal view, the blanket ending of WFH policy does appear to be the actions of an out of touch owner. As for letting staff go, we can't really know how inflated the staffing situation was.

Maybe the man has just entirely sucked all the joy out of football for me to see passed my blinkers, but what on earth is ten Hag chatting about here. I barely enjoyed a single minute of the game. Sure, we should have scored a couple of sitters, but what are these standards - "so dynamic, so much variation, so creative"?! You're 14th and you lost to West Ham, Erik.

And this only happened because West Ham basically forgot how to play football for the first half.

It took all of 5 mins of the Arsenal Liverpool game to see that, you know, football can be played in midfield and that.

The man is deluded.

Was just about to post about Yoro. He's a been forgotten about a bit, but this is one of the most highly rated young defenders in world football. Things could line up very nicely with Amorim.

When Lukey Shaw comes back as well! Going to be magic.
