US: The Mandalorian

Loved the third episdoe even if it was far too short!

People who were whinging about Yoda munching on the eggs can **** off as well. Star wars has been killing millions of people for years. Blow up a few planets here and there.

I'm certain that its a tiny miniority who actually have issue with this sort of thing and giving them column inches is stupid.

I just found it hilarious. It was like the worlds cutest horror film. Little scamp.

I agree it seems short but if you put in ads, it’s about right for a 45 min TV show.

An hours broadcast show is normally only 45 mins in its entirety.

Not sure that would hold up given it was a military target done in self defence. Slightly different to blowing up a planet full of civilians.

It’s also fiction.

Whoa whoa whoa, don't you be bringing any sort of common sense to this discussion. When I play call of duty I don't kill anyone I don't have to.

I swear TV and film is going to be utterly bland in 10 years if we keep going the way we are. The recent remake of The Witches got in trouble for showing the witches with limb deformities because that apparently was negative towards people with that disability. You literally couldn't write this sort of thing. A film, based on a fictional book, about made up witches is getting in trouble. Mind blown.

Loved this weeks episode, especially the cameo from KS :D It's carrying a good mixture of adult themes without taking itself too seriously (like the bodypanels falling off during the hyperspace jump!)

It's so nice to have a series created by people who actually care about Star Wars and the lore! Having Katee star was great but the fact that it was Katee voicing her in Clone Wars too just makes it so much cooler.
As others have said, it just makes it all the more tragic that KK screwed up the movies so very badly.

Forcing gender politics into something where it is not needed will do that. Well, that and the whole null and voiding of the entire EU and then blaming the poor reception of VII, VIII and IX on "a lack of source material".

If you get a chance peeps watch the Disney showcase for the show. You will 100% see the difference between the director's and show runners compared to KK with their love of star wars.

Will never forgive her for not allowing Luke, Leia and Han to united for one bloody scene.

I know. I never understood how Luke Skywalker got a free pass for his genocidal rampage. I mean, the first Death Star alone was home to nigh on 2 million people.

And the second one was under construction, that's not a military target, its a capital works project. Forget stormtroopers, all he's done is rid the galaxy of 100,000 contractors.

Tbf Luke didn't blow up the second one. Maybe that's why he became such a whiney old git. His conscious caught up with him for the first death star blow up.

My mate makes a valid point :D

Still enjoyable though.

Got one thing wrong ^^

But yeah too many episodes are basically the same thing with different window dressing at the moment - I don't mind it so far they've at least pushed out the boat working through the Starwars ensemble while doing it but there is only so far before it starts to get old.
