And many would say "good riddance"I think without a doubt that if Kroenke was forced to sell over half his shares, he’d just sell the lot.

I think some visits to milwall would be educational and for their long term good tbh.**** off, we don't want this scum in the Championship.
I realise the motivation is money, and the same would apply to the other teams I mentioned, I was just contesting Shami's argument.
That’s not gonna last for years though is itAll visitors into the UK (and respective countries) must go through 10 days hotel quarantine run by governments (as done in many countries around the world), not allow to leave your individual rooms until 10 days are done.
Try to stay match fit and fit a footballing schedule through that.

Probably spent the last year working out how they can get Haaland for 100 Deutschmarks and a Bockwurst sarnie.Yeah I think money is more the motivation for Madrid and Barca, both need it to compete with the English clubs. Bayern are fine financially because they just get the best players cheap/free from the rest of their league.
sounds like the start of a B&W film i once saw. Does it end in a car chase and a guy falling off a cliff?Probably spent the last year working out how they can get Haaland for 100 Deutschmarks and a Bockwurst sarnie.
took me ages to log on
another stick is no foreign work visas or permits. ergo no foreign players. Couple that with an FA transfer ban and no loans, recruitment etc. Watch their team fizzle out before they can help it. FA clubs can then hold them to ransom on transfer fees for uk players and get some of that $$$$ they think they going to ESL to get. With brexit there is no right for anyone to come to the uk and work without gov approval.
Yes but Covid has killed their resources. They might be worrying that they might not be sitting so pretty in the coming few seasons, when they can’t spend money like it’s going out of fashion.
they could relocate, and again, good riddance. Bye bye their ownership of UK club grounds and assets, and by association their fan base. The gov can add a super tax on ground sales and prevent their sale/redevelopment and change of use. They can also pass a law of compulsary purchase if not used for sporting purposes for X months to stop them being mothballed. Compulsary purchase is discretionary so it wouldn't affect struggling clubs and small sides, just allow the gov to hammer these greedsters. They can just move the league to the USA though can't they? if we aren't going to act like a free free market economy they will. Bye bye taxes.
Pretty much the American owners have masterminded this and have taken advantage of other European leagues being basically bankrupt. The Italian/Spanish teams are more against it than with it I would have thought but realise the current monopoly the Premier League has on the rest of Europe they want to join this as it is their only real chance to keep pace financially.
PSG are heralded as standing strong but the reality is their owners have a financial interest in UEFA and the German clubs have the 51% rule so it was never going to happen with them.
Is that because you're not on commentary tonight?First Liverpool match i haven't watched or listened to in years.

I'm not sure I understand the first part of your post. Parish sat back and watched Palace go into administration when Simon Jordan was trying to give the club away. He ended up buying the club out of admin for peanuts and subsequently sold off a big stake to American investors for a huge profit. I agree with the 2nd part, he will do what's best for Palace, up to and including standing on the throat of EFL sides if it benefits Palace. The issue I have is when he comes on the tv and moralises about the big 6 doing the same to Palace as Palace do to those below them.If his motivation was self interest he wouldn't be invested in Crystal Palace. He has a responsibility to his club, it's employees and supporters - thats part of his fiduciary duty as a Director.
