Thanks Danny, it seems like a bargain and much better thank canon's unit at the same price. Just need to figure out how to power it.
Yeah, sometimes I think I don't really like it but it depends on the light I think. I've decided now after about a month of everyday use that it is awesome for general use. I can fit all my work stuff and my 5D2+35L in there without really feeling the weight. I've used it on a week long trip to Edinburgh and all day at a wedding as well, its been great so far.
I'm glad I didn't opt to pay more for a less functional bag and get a Billingham.

If you're talking about the Canon MR-14EX, then for info Ffordes have one for sale in M- condition for £349.
Enjoy shooting with your new toy mate. Mine should turn up tomorrow![]()
Ive had it out already.
The remote shutter release is brilliant with the 10-22mm, just took the first half decent pic of my TV setup
Never really needed a remote shutter personally as timed shutter seems todo the trick![]()
i been using it to stop my hand moving wobbling the camera when using tripod when you actually press the shutter release
oh i know it does the same thing but i find actually pushing the button can move the camera a tiny bit especially when doing macro
That's another time that touchscreen is nicebut remote is also convenient.
Good point about the macro. Not something ive done in agggges sadly![]()
