Not exactly 'new' gear, but here is my Sony A6000 and Tamron Adaptall SP 300mm f2.8 LD IF (60B)

Do the new yongnuo work with Nikon? Struggling to find out much information.

How have people found them compared to Nikon and canon flashes? I've always used 580EXii 's on my canons at weddings.

I've just bought an AD2 80-210 to go on my D7000 from one of the local 'pawn' shops for the princely sum of £9.99.

Apart from a small spot of fungus inside the front element it's mint with a case but no mount.

I did once have the 70-210 later model but lost it and it wouldn't focus on infinity anyway so I thought it was worth a punt, I haven't had chance to try it in daylight yet.

New Peak Design Gear lineup all arrived today :)

Slide + Clutch + CapturePro + ProPad all here :)

God the Slide is REALLY comfy!!

Would recommend to everyone who's looking for a great improvement over stock / ugly neck strap!!

I've ended up with two slide/clutch due to the faulty batch being sent out by mistake, the thing is though that the faulty ones aren't really that bad, the metal tabs are slightly shorter than the fixed ones.

I just realised after typing that if neither of you were kickstarter backers you'll have no idea what I'm talking about.

I know what you're on about been watching it for weeks waiting for them to be fixed ;)

I know what you are talking about, been getting almost weekly update emails about it all for the last 3-4 months.

I picked up the slide/clutch on Friday can't wait for them to arrive.

Get some pics up :p

Ask and you shall receive !

Couldn't justify buying a Nikon macro lens, but this Sigma seemed cheap enough and a good enough bit of glass for me to learn macro with. Any thoughts? (apart from the fact I take a rubbish phone pic :p )

I bought one in the summer and have used it about twice so far...! I usually shoot a reasonable amount of macro but not since getting a macro lens! I've been planting my garden with flowers however so hopefully more bugs and flowers for next year...

No Photo yet as it hasn't arrived but I've just pulled the trigger on an EOS M kit and a 22mm pancake for it, the current low pricing made it too good to turn down with the pancake on it is hardly any bigger than my wife's s110 but packs the sensor from a 650D so should be great for a take everywhere camera. Slightly nervous about the AF but I've never been into fast action and from what I've seen it is better than most compacts and I've never really had a problem with the S110. Will let you all know how it is when it arrives!

Ditto, bought one on these very forums for the wife to use (she's an excellent instinctive photographer). Impressed by it so far with the 18-55, and also have a 22mm turning up today. The build quality on the thing is amazing, it feels fabulous in the hand. No problems with autofocus so far, it struggles occasionally in low light, but when it locks it's accurate.

My only real gripe is the post-shot blackout (it's about half a second), can't understand why it's so long when it's hardly there in burst mode! Workaround- always shoot in burst mode.

Looking forward to testing it out not expecting it to replace the 5d mkii but should be a good grab and go option for social occasions etc.

I received my Fix-It kit about 3-4 weeks ago and the clips are working perfectly as expected.

I gave up trying to procure a Yongnuo 600 in the end - there are some vendors with reasonable prices but the stock situation seems very "iffy" and there's no knowing if or when they'll actually show up.

Ended up buying a second Canon 600EX-RT in the end. Will probably pick up a Yongnuo too next year when the market has settled down a bit.

Now I just need to sort out some stands/brackets but ain't got a clue about what's decent and all the various attachments.
