It doesn't fold, jus tthe battery compartment comes off.

It all goes in a case as follows...

Umm doesn't look practical for carrying then. Say in a backpack or attached at the side of your bag like a tripod .

I need a gimble that I can easily put in my bag Not carry a separate case.

I've got the same lens on with a 6300. Are you happy with the crane plus? I'm thinking of ordering one.

Very, theoretically it should handle my a6500 with my 70-300 G OSS too as that's only about 1.7kg, i've not had a proper play yet as i've been working but i'm very happy with it so far with the play i have had so far. I'll give it a proper go on Monday when i'm off though.

Next purchase for me is a smallrig cage and a cold shoe, then some lights and another Godox V860ii so i can start playing with flash photography with 2 units.

Just ordered the 65mm mpe x1-5.

Been put off getting it for a while due to its difficulty level. Spring here so thought I'd pull the trigger. You can only do so much reading. Best to play around with it.
