Aha i've found the problem. Hamachi changes your IP in the Network section to the Hamachi Network IP. You need to go into Network options and change your Online IP back from the Hamachi one. Fixed it for me :)
 
Righto, I'm on the last NOD level where you have to defend the three phase generators from the GDI forces attacking them, and to say I'm having probs is an understatement! I can barely capture the three juggernauts, when the last of the generators gets mullered and its game over!
ANY assistance here with regards to tactics would be appreciated :D .
Is there a particular way this level is played, I even let me son have a go (he's good at these types of games) and even he couldn't do it. I know its not impossible obviously, but there doesn't appear to be enough time to save those generators form GDI.

the way i did it was sod the juggernauts just build some vertigo bombers to kill em. then build an army and take it around to the top middle to cut of gdi's top advance, then send an army bottom, to the right, to kill that base there.
 
Mine should be here in a couple days, still playing the demo!

In the finished game can you swap the mouse buttons back to the old type settings? Keep messing things up and getting wiped out :(

heavily defend the east side of the base at the choke point with fixed defenses so you don't have to worry about the gdi attacks.

send 4-5 stealth tanks to take out the juggernauts from the bottom of the cliff.

Get a large income - 3 refinerys 6 miners.

Establish a large force, wait for gdi to destroy nearly all of the scrins forces and then move in and destroy the gdi attack. I moved in with a surveyor jobby and setup a lil outpost with fixed defenses, develop forces further and move onto the main base.

Also use yer stealth tanks early on to attack SE base miners and power, just to ***** em ;p

I did the mission on hard so it was quite hard and some of these measures may not be necesary on medium.
 
Just completed the NOD campaign, totally ignored trying to capture the juggernauts, just mullered them, lol. After that it all seemed a bit easy, used vertigos to bomb the carp out of anything that moved, until I got the nuke missile, GDI's ion control never stood a chance :D
Anyways, not too impressed with the end cutscene, was expecting a bit more info, drama, etc.
Just started the SCRIN campaign now.

lmao

I remember a network game of the original C&C I played on a tiny map. We started right by each other (with cliff/rock between). I built a chinook and commando, dropped him over the other side and destroyed the base within 5 mins of starting :p
 
My internet connection sucks and wont connect to ea servers -_- always does this around peak time despite pings of 40ms ;/
