The new Orange Android phone (San Francisco) £99...but a Question??

Nah i'm on about the amount of updates they get, which isn't a bad thing but it means having to basically re-install the Android OS every other week. I just want a stable ROM that works, is the official 2.2 ZTE out yet?
 
Anyone link me to good case?

...So don't update it =/....Or get a ROM that is stable in the first place...and Update it when its actually needed :p
 
Been told that the Samsung i900's Screen protector fits like a glove on the phone and also the Nokia E71 Case is also a perfect fit!!

Anyone on here tried those? Also, a good place to buy other than ebay for these type of accessories?

My sister has just got one of these and a couple of days into ownership a reasonably thick black line has appeared across the screen about 3/4 of the way up.

Seems to me as if 2 or 3 rows of pixels have died.

Is this a known / common issue with these phones? Anything I can do that might sort it, or is it likely the screen is just knackered?

your the first I have read, so its not common at all - take it back and get a replacement. (unless she dropped it?)
 
I don't think it's had any sort of rough handling at all.

*sigh* Back it goes...


edit - i've just looked at it again and it has changed, now the thick line has gone and it looks someone has used an etch-a-sketch on the same area, just random bits and pieces are black. Very strange.

Got the new jellyfish on, loving it so far, can i have the old battery icon back though? dont like the circle one.
 
I put the latest jellyfish on, but hated the vibrating buttons, didnt know if i could turn it off so i rolled back to standard orange.
