Not a Tait fan normally. I find their standard NV really a bit too dry and harsh. This, however, was the grand cru, and although only a 50/50 Char/pinot noir mix, was surprisingly smooth!

Obligatory wedding present glasses. Otherwise you just wouldn't, would you?

I had some mates round last weekend and still have a few beers left from that.
With a night in on my own tonight I thought I'd polish them off.

Just finished a Young's Double Chocolate Stout and now on a Ringwood Old Thumper.
Going down nicely

Jamisons whisky with ballygowan sparkling water. Im surprised that im drinking mineral water. But, it's actually quite nice. I dont like the bite that full strength whisky has if you drink it straight.
