Never ever had anything other than larger beer really so trying a few things

Gin fizz - because I fancied something different for a change. Have to say, I'm not terribly impressed with this No.3 gin. Think I'll be sticking to Blackwoods, Sipsmith or Tanqueray No.10 from now on.

Ha I've had it once, I think? Was it like an industrial staple, but wider and hooked under the rim of the bottle over the cork?

I've been trying to keep with the "drink a bottle of Champagne a day" mantra.

Tonight I have a bottle of 06 Rose Louis waiting... I'll run out soon and then I'll be gutted! I didn't think this unsustainable plan through
 
7 pot chilli pale ale from the Hot Stuff chilli company. I bought it at their stall at a food festival in North Shields at the weekend. It's got a hell of a kick. Interesting for a novelty but not a session ale ;)
