Not a Tait fan normally. I find their standard NV really a bit too dry and harsh. This, however, was the grand cru, and although only a 50/50 Char/pinot noir mix, was surprisingly smooth!

Obligatory wedding present glasses. Otherwise you just wouldn't, would you?

How did you find #10?

I had one last weekend and it was rocket fuel! #8 was already pushing it.

Lovely flavour though.

Its certainly strong Extremely nice though.

The #12 pictured is even stronger, and probably the best beer I've ever had.
