Bit of low fat Greek yoghurt
3 bananas
Cup and a half of frozen mixed fruit
Juice of 1 orange
It's so delicious and filling and an amazing cure for hang overs.

They bloody want us to eat 7 a day, what else can I do?! 
Give frozen fruit a try especially with the warm weather. It's cheaper than boxes of strawberries/blueberries, chills it right down and it's super refreshing.

What warm weather
Frozen fruit is a good call mate but I tend to eat porridge most mornings and I like my fruit along with it.
Banana, strawberries, raisins and blueberries.
