The **Now Drinking** Thread

Been getting into Ginger wine recently. Really am getting a taste for it now. Love the Stone's one but the Crabbies just about edges it for me. A little too easy to drink though... Sore head today xD

It is Friday and a hard week.. and rather than open a red.. which would mean breaking open the box with Margaux, Ch.d.Pape, Pomerol, or St. Emillion....

Smooth as silk with no cutting acidic sharpness. Chablis.. yep.. very nice.

Going to be another 6 months at least before I get chance to re-stock!

Lidl seems to have decent IPAs ( a grapefruit and an orange), enjoying those with the BBQ weather!

Have some lime, rum and fresh mint to make a mojito later but is the sugar granulated or caster? Some recipes say one, some say the other!

I've always used granulated, white or brown. Or made a mint syrup if you don't have the fresh ingredients.

I haven't had a drop of alcohol in 10 years, picked up a 4 pack of stella as I used to drink it and my god... it's foul.

I'm very much into berry flavour juice/squash, can anyone recommend a cider like this?
