Asparagus, courgette and spuds (for the rosti) fresh from my garden, and the egg was laid this morning by Jalfrezi (one of my chickens).

Tried a new place tonight called Brooklyn calzones that has really good reviews. Doesn’t look amazing but it was bloody lovely. Crust was crispy and the filling of pepperon, mozzarella and onion was perfect. It was like the best toastie I’ve ever had. Went down nice with a cold beer.

I feel absolutely disgusting at the moment but I’ve just smashed 6000 calories on Domino’s.

Reverse seared a 1kg Tomahawk for a couple of hours and finished in a griddle pan with homemade coffee bean butter, shrooms, toms and fries.
