Pie 'n' chips here as well..

Aldi beef dripping chips, onion rings, pie (chicken, ham hock & leek), steamed veg and onion gravy.
The whole lot cost like 5p or something, probably.
I really should shop there more often, as they have some half decent stuffs.

Aldi is great if you have a meal idea and you go get the bits for it, no good for a full shop though imo.

They look fantastic, recipe?

Cheers.

I haven't got a recipe as such, but as a guide.

Lamb mince:

I mix by hand and add a little water, perhaps 80ml and the spices I like (check Tong Master on Ebay or Amazon, or use a few Indian spices to taste ) and do in a small bread tray, covered with foil in the Ninja Foodi Max at 180°C for 20 mins and then 20 mins out of the tray, no foil. I checked the temp tonight and it was at 64°C so did for a further 10 minutes at 180°C

Once good set aside.

Beef mince :
As above, but roll into little sausage shapes and I use the probe on the Ninja Foodi to cook, but it is 180°C for around 15/20 minutes.

Once lamb is cool I like to thinly slice and fry off in shallow oil to add some colour and then add that + Seekh to the flat bread or pita.

The above is loose as I am a handful of this and a splash of that, rather than sticking to others recipes.

Pickled peppers can be had at Sainsburys

Hope that helps.
