Hmm - I reckon that’s ketchup

That does look like Cheese on Toast done well though, not sure of the sauce though.

But then again I have ketchup on a Donner kebab so who am I to judge.

It's definitely thai dragon chilli sauce ketchup looks thicker and darker than that.

I think people were distracted by the pizza, in a sea of fast/food-box food it's a minor infraction, and looked like good quality sauce.
