The edges is crispy but not burnt, it’s not even black. It’s about 5 more mins cooking away from burnt.I'm talking about the edges, that's crispy no? it looks it, I've never had eggs with chilli oil though. Yours was the same as well, with the ketchup in the pot lol.
You can’t have crispy without some colour, it’s call the Maillard reaction.
