The **Now Eating** Thread

@Craig1981 The thing you most excelled at this time was taking a decent photo :p

It looks thin and as mentioned, not the same sauce but as you say it’s interesting and not for everyone.

I think without the consistency and taste of the Masala Sauce at my local it wouldn’t be my favourite thing to do but I’m on with a lovely combination.

Least you now know!

Late lunch. Scrambled eggs on Vogel's soya and linseed toast. After watching some YouTube videos, most weren't adding milk, just a decent size nob of butter in a frying pan and not overwhisking the eggs which adds too much air. In fact Jamie Oliver said you don't need milk if you cook the eggs right. He's right. For years I've been adding milk but mine never used to come out creamy, always a bit rubbery. Today I just added a good pinch of salt, didn't overwhisk or add milk, and they're creamy and delicious as anything. Did it in a small frying instead of saucepan.

I have got to admit I'm not a fan sloppy scrambled, I like it so its got a bit of spring to it. Apparently I'm the weirdo in the house.
