Yeah definitely, some was crisp some chewy, I can never get it just right so that it melts in the mouth. Luckily I've got granite like teeth, probably from all the butter!

Chewing on some pork crackling from last nights meat.

Couple of chunks of Swiss Gruyere and a fresh coffee (Hasbean : Brazil Espresso Perfetio). Just wish I had an Espresso machine to do these great Hasbean coffees justice, my current machine is old and on the blink, after turning it on it just pours out steam for the first 10 minutes! When it finally stops the kitchen is like a sauna with barely enough visibility to make the damned coffee!
