The **Now Eating** Thread

Piece of fresh cooked salmon left over from last night, broken/mashed up with black pepper, lemon juice, sea salt, dollop of creme fraiche and a little melted butter(alright I admit a bit more than a little but not a slab:p). Put it on some sweet gem leaves with chopped red onion/vine tomato, more salt, black pepper and lemon juice with a drizzle of olive oil, a few shavings of gruyere for that nutiness. Doesn't look much, but my it's rich!:eek:

Just a snack by the way, main meal to come later.
