Can't Wait..
Based off of my first thoughts when I see the fig & apple chutney, was mackerel.


Rye and wheat sourdough, toasted with a layer of fig & honey chutney added, thick bacon and smoked mackerel with a boiled egg and some crispy leaf.

It works really well with the OH wanting this more often.

Great Combo, love the layout.
