Just checked in a hotel and these are (well were) on the desk in the room

Clearly not a Travel lodge. What will breakky look like??
 
Perhaps this thread should be renamed 'Rate, slate and debate my plate' ;)
I love it. If I could upload from my phone without having to go via some sort of image linkage and probably another 3 steps, I would open myself up to ridicule from the "collective"...although in my defence, I cook supper for three lads:
One who would as soon as eat anything healthy I put in front of him on a plate or my hand by the time he gets back from school; one who is a coeliac and also has an entire set of things he can eat but won't; and one who is circumspect of anything and would rather something bland than something wholesome, tasty and healthy.

Just one example, the first likes thick oven chips but done soft and without colour with cajun spice sprinkled on top. The second likes the thin ones and more crunch sometimes with spice sometimes not. The third prefers the thicker ones too but with a little more colour but no spice. That is just a simple example of oven chips. But when I make hand made roasties, cut a certain way and spiced the way I like them halfway through, they all eat them.

Roast beef or lamb...the boys like it medium rare (taste profile will change depending on my mood and what we had last time) but the wife and mother in law prefer it well done (sacrilege).

Sometimes I feel like I am running a hotel kitchen! :rolleyes:

Late post but last nights Curry, went with a Chicken Methi again with Rice, Poppadoms, Naan Bread and of course Chilli Sauce.

It wasn’t nice, but wasn’t a “good” one! Had it delivered so not piping hot and lack of Chicken, they must have forgotten it was me :p
