Honey glazed bacon bits with the middles removed from both slices and then fried with the eggs in the hole.
The bread middles are perfect mini dippers.

Yes

Remove the centres for dipping later and fry one side, flip add eggs and spoon over with the pans hot oil.

Those roll/crumpets are the centres of the bread that have been removed and fried, along with the now holey bread.
The eggs are cracked and added to the holes and fill the void with eggy goodness.
