My other half came back with a Sourdough Baguette by mistake so the sandwich idea went out of the window. So just toasted a couple of bits, its too chewy and too much like hard work.

Had made a big batch of yorkies to freeze ready for Christmas so figured let’s have a roast chicken to test they worked.
Oil, I got myself a small spay bottle I pop my oil of choice into to spritz as needed, great with an air fryer tooLovely oven tan on that chick! Did you use butter or oil? Roast chicken is hard to beat imo
