Bob Marley on in the background? Slice of buffalo on the side?

It wasn’t food related, I don’t think anyway.

My daughter has had a rough time picking absolutely everything up from Nursery.

She had a sickness bug and she insisted on keeping me up all night, laying all over me.. couple of days later I had the same so it must have been that.

Now I’m full of proper flu, but coming round now.. managed a Cottage Pie last night so starting to feel a little more human :D

When the times right I can’t wait to indulge in a huge Indian for one with all the trimmings.
We all know you're not right if you're talking about not eating pizza again.

The boys gon' Cray Cray ya'll. He gat dat flu flu.

Keep meaning to try that as my appetite isn’t great atm due to certain issues. Is it easy to drink?
Yeah very easy, they've adjusted the recipe over time so it mixes pretty well now. You can also make it very watery if you prefer. Would recommend it. If you do go for it I would recommend mixing it a few hours before you drink it and let it chill, I usually do this overnight and I find it then mixes/combines with the water really well.

There are cheaper alternatives too but I've not tried them, plenty of people have opinions about sweetener use etc and quality of ingredients.

How many do you drink a day?

Rarely more than one but people do drink them all day every day. They are filling but it's just not the same as eating a normal meal, however they are great if you don't have an appetite, especially once you find a flavour you like.

The best thing to do is to start off slow, either one a day or one every other day to give yourself some time to get used to it. I think they recommend drinking it slowly over 20 minutes or so.

Mix it in a blender/juice mixer rather than hand shake.

After I watched an M&S documentary about the development of a new product I thought I'd give them a go. Chocolate enrobed custard creams. Expensive, £2.69 for just six biscuits. They're tasty and the chocolate coating is thick. I wouldn't buy them again though.

I had a dream last night about going out to buy these. It wasn't a prophesy as such, as it will definitely happen. :D
