Was done in honey and Modena balsamic vinegar and then added to a freshly baked sour dough roll.

It's cos you're taking the day ones at midnight, they've got caffeine in them lol.
It was just usual M&S unsmoked bacon with added balsamic and honey, which gave it that extra ooomphGod that looks good. I don't have any bacon in the house at the moment. Not sure mine would come out looking that good either

I think that hash brown looks great. Looks oily and crispy as a hash brown should be.
