Would you say quite a lot of your calories is junk food?
It varies.
I have little to no control - so if in the house it's meh, as, usually don't have junk / crap in, but pop to the shop and I'll buy crap to eat ....

Y so happyNo resolutions here:
Indian for me tonight, easing myself into it as I’d have loved a Pathia but decided to go with Butter Chicken, Rice, Naan Bread, Poppadoms and Chilli Sauce
Flavours are there, chicken is lovely but my god how did this leave the restaurant so thin? (Contradicting myself but sometimes too thick and rich, but this isn’t a happy medium) Perhaps new chef but last few have been hit or miss.

My condolences on that curry. It has a nice colour about it, but it’s criminally thin. You sure you didn’t order off of the soup menu instead?Indian for me tonight, easing myself into it as I’d have loved a Pathia but decided to go with Butter Chicken, Rice, Naan Bread, Poppadoms and Chilli Sauce

What's the cooking process, reads as only 15 mins of heat to me, so wouldn't it be cold?
