Yep, some Jock complained his curry was too dry and he wanted gravy, so the chef knocked something up using tomato soup and spicesWasnt chicken tikka massala made in Scotland 1st.
That's what she saidSeems some dispute over origin others saying it was knocked up at an earlier date.
Why didn't you just have the pineapple separately? :-/Nothing says "It's nearly the end of the week, and we're moving out next Friday and minimsing food" quite like 4 scrambled eggs, with pineapple, jalepenos and gherkins...
I hoped people would realise my foreign muck comment was tongue in cheek, but obviously not.
Apart from pie and mash, I think most of my meals are of foreign origin. Even franks, egg and chips. (Franks are German). There is some argument that even fish and chips is actually Portuguese in origin and not British.

Back on the scotch eggs. Followed by a large thick luxury yoghurt and a can of coke. Bit bloated now.
SCOTCH eggs originated in the Whitby area of Yorkshire in the late 19th century
I have to disagree with you there. Having used GF breadcrumbs on chicken schnitzels, I find them far superior to normal breadcrumbs. I think it is made from rice flour and provides a lovely taste and superior crispy crumb. Of course that is not a batter but I would imagine the crumbs are similar.I just had a little look at his channel and noticed the Gluten Free battered Fish 'n Chips' Mr Kerridge is using. I would have to agree that anything coated in a Gluten Free derived batter just isn't worth the bother and I'm Ceoliac, not just some-one with a Fad. It's not like I would be eating a shed load of Nuts... etc. Long term Gluten load is a problem.
If I have Fish 'n' Chips it's gotta be the real deal even for me.
