@Merlin5 - it’s ok to admit you dropped your cottage pie and had to eat it upside down. Don’t have to make it all fancy continental “mash bolognese”.

@aVdub - you need to make an offering to the plate gods with that Ceylon. Small plates, or just far away?! Also furious at your marmite picture as I thought it was some delicious oozing chocolate creation before I was overcome with a sense of impending doom and my life flashed before my eyes

Plus to take it up a level, next time sprinkle a little cheese and grill that. Then add some Worcestershire sauce
