Bean chilli, rice,.avocado creme fresche, cheese and homemade olive focaccia
Oh my, what a treat! The enjoyment from this meal is next level.
An excellent Pathia! - I did speak to the Owner/Chef on a Monday to say the one he made me the other week was next level.
Tonight’s was also next level, but it was not made by him, however he explained the Chef on tonight has been trained and dialled in by him so to expect the same style. He did however shake his head when I described the difference and he said that he starts with a Tomato Pure Base where as one of the Chefs despite being told will start with Oil and Onions, I know exactly when they have been made that way as the Curry is so much lighter in colour.
Anyway… Plain Rice, Chicken Pathia, Garlic Naan Bread and 2 Chilli Sauce.
One in natural light so, what a beautiful colour so rich with plenty of tolerable heat and confirming the tomato pure base!

So, after mixing stuffs up and freezing overnight..
Strawberry, mint and vanilla, which then went in the Ninja for a few minutes with some more fresh strawberries and chocolate chips..
I've gotta say, it turned pretty damn well for a first try, and making it yourself gives loads of scope to add exactly what you want.
I may have had a couple of waffle cones as well.
Three to be exact
Black cherry sorbet is on the menu tomorrow night.
