I had a Chicken tikka pathia as well
Bloody lovely, unusual taste but very nice indeed.
EDIT: I enhanced the photo but it came out much redder than it was, so this is the accurate pic

Love to see all of these wonderful Pathia Curries, all in different shapes and sizes but all equally as wonderful
Verdict? It looks similar to the one my local produces.
I’m glad you enjoyed, although it is safe to say no rulers were harmed during the plating up of that Curry and Rice

Really great! Had a chicken madras for contrast, but the pathia knocked the socks off it! Lovely hot and sour flavour and the tikka chicken for me really elevated the dish. We’re lucky to have such a great establishment just the road!

I can’t have plain chicken in a curry, it’s got to be tikka, so much flavour
Madras was a firm favourite of mine until I decided to try a Chicken Pathia! It’s less basic than a madras (With the Sweet and Sour aspect) but still fairly hot, overall a perfect all round Curry which suits my taste buds!
The calibre of BIR Curry on your plate certainly indicates you have a top tier Curry House
