Just had pan-fried salmon with home-made roasted chips and carrots. Delish - gives me the energy to continue making these croissants! :)

Special slow cooked chilli.

Used mince, chuck steak and ox cheek.

It was very good indeed and I've had two bowls already. The rest is still in the slow cooker just cooking away a little more before I decant it into freezer bags etc.

I will be using ox cheek far more often from now :D
