I''ve got back from work knackered and i've decided to treat myself to a takeaway!

Tasted a hell of a lot better than it looks. The meal itself was very filling and lean, the only slightly greasy thing was the sauce but even that had barley any fat in it.

Garlic Chicken Tikka /w rice and a Nan bread.

Didn't get in from work until 9:15, so I went for a ready meal for the first time in aaaaaages! Got an Asda Extra Special mushroom risotto,

(forgot to take a pic of actual meal but it looked pretty identical to the picture!)

it was great and only £3!

My work put on a Hog Roast today. Just had a roll filled with roast pork, a corn on the cob and a little plate of salad

Will post a couple of pics later. Shame I'm still stuck here till 4.30. Could use a nap now

The egg was a bit dry but yes it's a building site with Smoked Salmon and Fennel :eek:
