how did you make the pulled pork?

(when did this become all the rage?!) I've not even heard of it last summer.

Pulled pork is very popular in America, and like a lot of things popular in the states, they tend to eventually become popular over here as well.

Probably things like Man v Food brought it to the publics attention. And a lot of resteraunt chains have started doing it as well.

A new batch of pasta for my backshifts at work. Green pesto, with chicken, chorizo, red pepper, jalepenos and chillis. Had enough left over for a small dish of it for lunch, with some toast :)
 
Chicken madras, naan bread and mint sauce from the take away served over a bed of jersey royal potatoes.. its quite hot ouch :/

EDIT: ******* ouch, meh, OUCH.. ffs it hurts :(

singapore noodles and sweet+sour chicken from waitrose, both dishes should have been £3.79 each but they were reduced to clear at 99p and 75p respectively
i actually bought 2 of each and will have the same again tomorrow :)
