Mushroom risotto with toasted Chorizo.
Made from scratch with porcini stock and dried porcini and everything, cost me like £20 to make, needed wine, risotto rice, double cream, truffle oil and all sorts, who says home cooking is cheap lol

No pictures but just finished a Sunday dinner of sweet potatoes, cauliflower cheese and filo pastry parcels filled with asparagus & cheddar

Pandan in cake is pretty awesome tbh.

It comes from a tropical plant called Pandanus amaryllifolius. (Panda anus teeheee )

Had the rib man sandwich
It is nice, but I can do better. It didn't have much off a BBQ taste, nice subtle flavours though. Does he cook over coals, need a more smokey flavour IMO.
And got a bottle of his holy **** sauce, haven't tried it yet though.

Yup yup - I googled it and found that out. Hoping one day I'll get the chance to try it out

@MisChief whenever I look at the panda bum cake, I'm not sure if I want to eat it or wash dishes with it :/
If you cut it thicker it would look like a washing sponge... I'm sure it's lovely though
