The **Now Eating** Thread

I'm always looking through this thread and I have very rarely bothered to post. I do quite a chunk of cooking so think it's about time I start to contribute.

Sweet chilli charred pork, was left over from a roast shoulder joint and some cheesy chilli pasta. Sauce was just crème fraîche and a chilli pesto with some cheddar.

Looks a bit messy, presentation wasn't my main goal.
