Other half isn't home tonight and couldn't be bothered to do much so did some ribs and threw a load of lettuce on a plate with almonds and a balsamic vinaigrette with it. Not much of an accompaniment but it'll do for tonight.
Ribs in a sticky marinade (redcurrant jelly, honey, soy, diced chilli, garlic, ginger etc) on a long, low heat. Was alright - needs more soy or maybe a teaspoon of salt next time.

what are those creme egg biscuits likes? the picture doesn't look all that appealing to me although i am partial to a creme egg.
