I do tend to watch how much I eat rather than what I eat. We both have quite small portions compared to the average, if we ever go out to eat, there's always food left.
Now and again though we will "pile it high" and smash a large portion!
I'm about to embark on a pepperoni pasta bake with a dollop of coleslaw and side salad. it doesn't seem half as good as some of the posts i've seen on here though.
