This afternoon I made a chicken jalfrezi from scratch from The Three Sisters cookbook, I am letting it sit for a few hours to be even more flavourful but I've had a couple of 'tastes' and OMG, it's divine
curry is always best if you let the meat marinade in the sauce for a while.. quite often il order an indian take away at night but eat most of it for brekkie/lunch the next day.. tastes loads better
