Knocked up a curry from Rick Stein's "India" book. Lamb Rogan Josh (I made it with goat). Served with some basmati rice and a (shop bought 
) Naan.
Utterly, utterly delicious. I licked the bones and the plate clean it was so delicious.
I would heartily recommend you buy this book. I've made a few recipes from it and they've all been good and I have a great many delicious looking recipes lined up to make in the future.
