The **Now Eating** Thread

A footlong steak and chorizo melt from Subway on herbs and cheese bread. Topped with pepperjack cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers and jalapenos. No sauce for a change, just some salt and pepper. Gooooood eating :D

Wanted to try something different from the Chinese. Got a chicken with sweetcorn and fried rice. Its.... decent enough. The sauce is nice. But there's a bit too much sweetcorn.
 
So after a little too much of the Red last night, woke up feeling a little worse off. So a trip to my friends patisserie was in order for a coffee, still not satisfied the next stop was the "Burger Van" atop of the mountain for this!

Next up was my Brioche dough I had prooving overnight, all cooked now

I've got 2 chicken kievs in the oven. Feel hungover so hopefully gonna sort me out! :p

Also made a cottage pie ready for tomorrow. Will post some pics when it's cooked through tomorrow.

Recipe (To feed 2 people):

Chicken Breast x2 (Diced)
300ml of Chicken Stock
Big Dollop of Crème fraîche
2-3 Tablespoons of English Mustard
Handful of button mushrooms (or any veg).
1x brown onion diced.
Roll of puff pastry.
