I like olives but the ones you get from pizza places tend to be pretty grim.

I'd swap them out for chillies or something personally :)

i got you covered with my spicy beef recommendation ;)

Fair point...I'd still want more chillies though :p

Thin base for PJ always, so much nicer than their normal base - never for Dominos, it's like eating pizza off of a cracker!

Dominos Italian base is where it's at :) Their thin and crispy base is indeed like a cracker though.

I can't provide pics but Cainer's OCUK Special just arrived so I'm about to tuck in. Despite the fact that I omitted the Olives, this pizza came complete with them so the thing looks a mess now that I've picked them off!

I did get my double spicy beef though :)

Had a nice meal today after seeing The Hunger Games: Mockingjay

A festive wrap, filled with turkey, pigs in blankets, sage and onion stuffing and cranberry sauce. Served with a bowl of soup. Very tasty!

And for dessert, mince pie ice cream! This was so good!!

Jerk chicken baguette, with iceberg and mayo.

Only have one mire tray if jerk thighs in the freezer :(, will need to make some more as they are pure awesome. Slightly less chilli next time though. Bit hot for work lunches.

2 kilos of skinless boneless chicken thighs marinating in jerk sauce.

6 scotch bonnet peppers
2 Tbsp. thyme
2 Tbsp. ground allspice
8 Cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 Medium onions, finely chopped

2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. salt
2 Tsp. ground black pepper
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp ginger
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
Juice of one lime
1 cup orange juice
1 cup white vinegar

Just vhuvk it all into a blender, so easy, obviously spices need to be ground before going in.

They'll be going on the BBQ in a few hours, and then will go in corn wraps for work.

And then some further posts. Basically less chilli, more lime, less cinnamon. And frenchtart thinks less salt/sugar.
