just an interested amateur, most of time I just copy the presentation in the menu pics I find and maybe some ideas from restaurants I have been too

Normally at Christmas we have about 10 people and I don;t have an oven big enough, would love to though

Made Squash lasagna yesterday - bloody nice! Very rich and satisfying although quite a lot of work all said and done. Fair bit of clean-up required too with using the food processor, stick blender and about a dozen mixing bowls/trays but at least with it in the oven there's a chance to tidy up a bit :D

Also got to have fried-up lasagna slices for lunch today, nice way to reheat leftover lasagna!
 
Enjoying seeing the Ben & Jerry's love on this thread :D I personally love the stuff and Half Baked be my favourite :D

It's cheap and nasty, and I swear it's got far worse in the last 4 years. The ice cream absolutely sucks and needs all the add ins to try and disguise it, but it still fails at disguising it.

I've gone off B&J, they stopped making my favourite which was Cherry Garcia and Chunky Monkey. Not found a flavour I like since. Their chocolate ice creams are overdose with more caramel, mash mellows and more chocolate, which makes you feel like you are getting diabetes with each spoonful.

In my fridge I have half a dozen tubs of various brands and flavours of ice cream at any one time but at most, there are only 1 tub of B&J. Currently, their Winter wonderland, which is just mint chic chip, and not that great either ! :(

Chunky Monkey was my favourite too, it is still available but not in the 500ml tubs in UK

you can get it in the 150ml tubs in supermarkets, from big tubs at cinemas etc and still available in US

Don't take this the wrong way, but are you a rather large chap? If I ate what you show in each photograph on a weekly basis I'd struggle to fit in my trousers even more than I do now!

On a nearly daily basis, you seem to put up the most amazing self created hybrid deserts that are HUGE and photographed in front of a lovely porno-esque red velvet curtain.

I am in awe of nearly every photo you put up lol
