Baked buffalo wings. Celery and almond butter.
Tried the http://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2010/02/baked-buffalo-hot-wings-recipe.html recipe, but added salt, pepper, paprika and hot chilli powder to the mix, refrigerated for 18hrs. Better than the flour version.
But I really need to find a massive bottle of franks extra hot buffalo sauce, I get through to much off it. Any ideas, I can find the 3.8litre tubs of the original sauce but not the extra hot version.
And Waitrose do the proper chicken wings, which I haven't seen in other shops
